Hi I want to pursue MIM/MSIM from abroad most probably from Europe. My question is my graduation percentage is lower than 45% but if I get a good Gmat SCORE say around 700+ would that compensate it? How can i build my profile? Please help me figure this out.

A GMAT score of 700+ will definitely help, but won't entirely erase a low GPA. That's just something you have to live with as part of your application.
The question "how can I build my profile?" is a loaded one. There are tons of things that go into an application such as work experience, extracurricular activities, career goals, etc. Then there comes the actual application materials: resume, essays, letters of recommendation, etc.
