I am a bit confused. Are you working full-time? How long have you been at ChillSpace? Has that been done while in school or after? That's very important to note here.
You do have some tremendous volunteer, extracurricular and other, non-work experiences. That will sell very well in your application.
My biggest concern is your GMAT score. A 680 is decent but for an Indian candidate applying for European schools, it's not as good as the rest of your profile.
As for your school list - HEC, LBS, LSE, ESSEC, ESCP - you'll have some mixed results. LBS, HEC LSE will be particularly tough as those are top programs. ESSEC and ESCP should be much more in range.
Are you applying now for this application or in another year? Please let us know so we can be of help.
