My Profile is as given below:
Demographics : Indian not IT Male.
GMAT : 730 V41 Q49
Education:7.5 (B.E. Mechanical from NIT { Indian top tier college} )
Age 34.7 ys
Experience: 11 years
Operations (4 years) - Planning and executing 310 million USD revenue generation.
Supply chain (4 year) - Heading 2 million MT/yr bulk material Supply chain. Improved utilization factor from 45% to 105% in 4 years.
Project Management (3 year) - Heading QA of 50 Million USD clean tech and other installation.
Training (1 year).
Post MBA target : Supply chain/Operations
Certifications : Harvard Online Certification, ISO 50001 Internal auditor.
Other considerations: STEM visa, Part scholarship.
Extracurricular activities :
Mentor for junior students at college, volunteered for Conservation of Sea Turtle, Founded a club for spreading ecological awareness in 4 village schools.
Target schools: Tepper, Broad, Kelley, Mc combs, Foster, WP Carey.
My question is whether I would be able to get admitted to a two year US MBA with some scholarship.
Alternatively would you suggest any 1 year MBA with STEM designation. Would you comment on employability and financing aspects of 1 year MBA.

Possibly! Your list is very reasonable. I think you have a good shot of being admitted and a okay shot at some scholarship money.
(2) Alternatively would you suggest any 1 year MBA with STEM designation.
Many of the US programs these days have a STEM major/designation. For one-year MBAs, think about Washington Foster, UT McCombs, Notre Dame Mendoza, USC Marshall, Emory Goizueta (I tried to pick schools that are also on your list.) Those feel appropriate for your profile and interests.
(3) Would you comment on employability and financing aspects of 1 year MBA.
It's slightly thicker than the 2-year MBA program because you don't have the advantage of a summer internship. Depending on how the 1-year MBA program calendar is aligned, you might have to engage in some of your own networking and job search compared to on campus recruiting programs. Generally speaking, it shouldn't be drastically different.
