Ethnicity: East Asian (Korean American)
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Education: Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering, Top 25 US School, GPA 3.28/4.00
GMAT Score: 710 total, 49Q, 37V, 7I
Professional Experience: 5 years
-Technical lead (client facing) role for 1 year in a global contract manufacturing organization (to present); responsible for technical oversight and project management for a contract manufacturing program (commercial).
-Scientist and engineer role for 3-4 years in Big Pharma; research and development role (1.5 yr) and technical project management role (2 yrs) responsible for a novel gene therapy. Increased the manufacturing output by 20%, equivalent to $400K profit per manufacturing batch. (100+ batches planned for a commercial campaign)
Extracurricular Activities
Undergrad:
1. National Honor Society treasurer (1 yr) and public outreach coordinator (1 yr) - managed organization's budget and account throughout the fiscal year and organized various charity and social events.
2. Church small group leader/mentor (2 yrs) and band director (2 yrs)
Post grad:
1. Church small group leader (2 yrs) and band member/co-lead (2 yrs)

UNC and Georgetown feel like very manageable targets and happen to be great programs. UVA and Fuqua are considered a tier up from UNC and Georgetown. Those might be a bit harder for you, though definitely still within reach.
My concerns are your GPA (though for engineering that might be alright), your GMAT score given the lopsidedness with the Q over V, and minimal ECs. None of those are deal breakers per se, but just something you want to think about as you put together your application.
