You are definitely a strong candidate for Ross and HEC. LBS and Tuck are harder because the first attracts a huge international interest and the second has a very small class size.
Given your statistics and accomplishments, you need to write very convincing essays that show why you need/want an MBA, how that particular MBA program matches your interests and what you plan to do after you graduate in both the short- and long-term. Recommendation letters will also be important.
