My background:
- 26 yrs old from South East Asia country, graduated with a bachelor degree in economics at a top school in my country
- GMAT: 660 (Q50, V30)
- Relevant working experience: 2 years in finance as investment analyst
- Additional infos: Cleared CFA level 1, speak fluent french
- Target program: Msc. finance @ Bocconi, Dauphine, ESSEC
I am really wondering whether i should retake my GMAT, but since I am having a time and budget constraint, I am not confident in it. What is your suggestion for my profile?

If you aren't confident about scoring better and you're under financial and time pressures, then just apply with the 660. I always recommend people retake the exam if they are still practically able to do so (because it's one of the few things you can do this late in the game to improve your profile), but it sounds like that's not a real option for you.
It's not a stellar score by any means but it looks like you have a pretty good background where hopefully the GMAT doesn't diminish your chances. Focus on building out your application (including essays) to the best of your ability so you increase your odds.
