Recently, I did the GMAT Focus exam and got a 695 score, equivalent to a 98% percentile. I have a decent GPA, but lack the quality leadership work experience. I want to apply to top business schools in the US (M7). My question is, how does my profile fit with the typical round 3 candidates. I know round 3 is more competitive than the previous rounds, so my hopes aren't high. What are my options if round 3 admission attempt fails? Could you provide guidance on which materials, websites, forums I can contact to increase the likelihood of admission at one of these top schools. I attach my (preliminary) resume. To add, I'm an international student from a low to middle socioeconomic-class household (from Dublin, Ireland) and I wonder how that impacts my admission chances?

You should wait until R1 of next year to apply. Given your age and profile, you shouldn't apply to R3. The chances are low and I frankly don't see the rush. It also gives you a little more time to enhance your profile, especially in the area of leadership/work experience.
