Short Answer, no. Long answer: You have articulated the reason for the job shift succinctly and that is the key. Salary hike is not always the motive and the AdCom tends to look favorably at someone who can convince them of their being more focused on exposure/learning/leadership opportunities. So, it should not be a problem.
