Your GPA and overall GMAT scores should open you up to most programs (though your verbal split is on the low side – 80% is typically the target). Also, engineers typically score high on the GMAT, so the 700 won’t distinguish you as much as it would otherwise.
Your competitiveness at any program will depend upon the quality of your experience. Have you led, driven results, shown initiative? How are your extracurriculars? Do your post-MBA goals make sense given your past and present? Do you need an MBA to get where you want to go?
Your scores and GPA won’t eliminate you from many programs, but it is your answers to the aforementioned questions that will get you in. I’d love to learn more.
