The fact that you already have an MBA somewhat complicates your candidacy. Not every program will accept applicants with MBAs; you should check in with each program to verify its policy.
For programs that will accept your application, you would have to demonstrate the need for an additional MBA and show definitively how the 2nd one would help you achieve your career goals in ways that your existing MBA falls short. Frankly, I think this a tough sell though not impossible. I think you’d need to discuss how your circumstances and/or ambition have drastically changed since obtaining your first MBA.
You seem to have solid career experience and have reached a fairly senior level in your career. Can you not parlay these assets (including your first MBA) into the career trajectory you desire?
