Your GMAT score and GPA are solid.
I think your competitiveness will come down to the quality of your leadership experience, both in and out of the office. Can you draw upon “moments” when you truly led: influenced individuals and organizations, drove results, took initiative?
In terms of extracurriculars, they need not be limited to official community service. You might also speak to your passions and interests as vehicles through which you have done good for the world.
Given the limited information I have, I would say that the top tier programs might be a steep reach, but that you could shoot for programs like Fuqua, Ross, and Darden. Again, it really depends on the quality of your essays and how much you can call out your leadership accomplishments and potential.
