You have a good number of years of solid work experience. You don’t mention where you want to go in your career. If it is to continue along your same career path, you may want to consider an Executive MBA program. GMAT requirements/average scores vary by program if you go in that direction.
Depending on your future career goals, you will want to highlight examples of your work experience so far to show you have a solid foundation for where you want to go. You can also pull in examples from any community service work you have done and show your softer professional skills to round you out as an applicant. A key factor in selecting the right program for you is to identify what you need to learn in the program based on your future goals. Also, think about your other criteria such as geography, program size, teaching style, etc. Once you have identified these factors, finding the right program fit will be much more straightforward.
