Thanks for your post. It sounds like you have a lot of solid work experience. At seven years, you are just over the average years of work experience for most programs. Make sure to show your leadership and be clear why you are pursuing an MBA at this point in your career. You don’t mention your future career goals, so be sure the MBA program you select will provide you with the experience you need to achieve these goals. You will also need to be clear why you need an MBA in addition to your current Masters – I assume you want to move into more of a business role, so you should have some clear points there. You will also want to be sure to highlight your softer skills (people management, communication, etc.) and differentiate you from similar candidates. Be sure to include examples of your community service work to demonstrate your character and leadership abilities. Your credentials seem to fit for these programs, but you should really think about your career goals and what you need to learn to identify the right program for you.
