Hi there,

I can't claim expertise in the translation or international grading scales, but my understanding from admissions representatives has always been to let the admissions committee do the translations with their own scales etc, vs doing it yourself and possibly short-changing yourself... a 3.0 would be fairly low for top b-schools.

As for the internship, generally full-time experience is what is counted.

I still feel you have a strong profile as discussed. Let us know how else we can help and keep us posted!
