Hi there,
Thanks for posting. I enjoyed reading your profile, both in terms of content and structure, congrats on getting your points across effectively-- will likely serve you well in applications/essays as well. Overall you have a strong profile and appear to be able to articulate it well so that helps.
Schools are always looking for well-qualified female applicants, as well as international diversity, so that will help ensure your application is noticed as you do have a strong profile in terms of: strong/solid GMAT, breadth of experience, reputable firms, quantitative and analytical skills evident, extracurricular involvements and passion demonstrated, good initial explanation of the WHY you want this MBA.
The only real weakness so far is your GPA, since many top programs average 3.4 or sometimes more. Your strong GMAT does help mitigate that weakness to a certain degree, and generally it just means the rest of your application should be outstanding.
If you nail those essays-- really show a) what key experiences you've had that you'll bring to b-school, b) what makes you unique/interesting/what you'll contribute generally, c) why you need the MBA and what you'll do with it, and d) why that school is perfect for you... you could have a shot at top-10 schools.
