GPA 3.84
MBB 2 years at round 2 application, 2.5 at start of MBA
previous internship experience in investment banking, corp strategy, startups
Board member at non profit
Founder of a program educating high school students on certain business disciplines (won't disclose specifics - 10 high schools involved)case comp, club President, etc for uni extracurricularI am going to apply for hbs, Stanford, Wharton, Columbia, and
Booth. What do you think?

Hello,
Well hard to assess in too much detail without more info about your work experience, your future goals, leadership experiences, etc. Your GPA is strong, and GMAT is fine/respectable. The work experience is on the lower side but not extremely low, and the experience/program educating HS students you described is the only thing so far that may stand out from the 'crowd' to a certain degree, depending on more of the specifics of the program, when compared with the vast #'s of qualified applicants that apply to top 10 schools. So again without knowing more, I would say top 5-10 will likely be challenging, but not impossible, and you may want to include a couple of schools outside top 10 for better chances. Thanks for the reply - apologies for the non-detailed info. I will elaborate further here:
2 years at McKinsey/BCG/Bain, working on strategy, corporate finance, and operating work in several industries in North America
Previous internships at bulge bracket nvestment bank, strategy role in fortune 500, startups, and etc.
National case competition winner, President of a uni ethnic club with 150 plus people managing 15 execs, board member at a non profit in that,focuses on reducing poverty internationally, and the high school initiative I talked about earlier above.
Post MBA goal is to break into middle market private equity that focuses in Asia investments (I am bilingual plus elementary proficiency in Mandarin).
On top of this, if,my chances look slim at Hbs, gsb, Wharton, cbs, booth, I am able to work in corporate strategy role/private equity role for 1.5-2 years before applying again. What do you think my chances are now?

Keep in mind that Stanford in particular has a smaller class size than many of the others you mentioned, and often the highest average GMAT score etc, so it ends up being the most selective statistically, and very challenging no matter what. Certainly you can apply and give it a shot, good luck and hoping for a good outcome for ya.
