- I am an Indian female candidate with 8+ yrs of work experience in an IT Multinational, with substantial leadership experience & consistent growth trajectory in my profile so far. I am currently designated as an IT Director & Client Partner located in Memphis TN, and have been consistently rated among the top 2% performers (youngest executive in my company)
- During the first 2 years, initiated 12 milestone innovation offerings for a Fortune 100 customer, resulting in $x M cost benefit to the engagement, branding my company as the chosen IT partner. I led several corp initiatives on strategic innovations that benefited the customer's productivity by 60%. It positioned my as a preferred Client Partner with high customer focus
- For the last 6 years, I'm deputed at the customer’s location in Memphis, TN to lead a global cross-functional delivery team, generating the second-largest revenue in the engagement.
- I hold a Bachelors degree in computer science (3.5 GPA) from a high-ranked university in India. Outside of work, I won a National Scholarship from Indian Council of Cultural Relations on Indian Classical Dance and have trained for 17+ yrs. I also run my own venture to promote cultural diversity along with over 4 yrs on non-profit volunteering experience on education for under privileged children
- At this juncture of my career, I am considering a Part-Time or Online MBA option but need some guidance on selecting the school. I am yet to take my GMAT test but am targeting a score of 680-700+
- My post-MBA goals are primarily to harness my skills of Marketing & Brand Mgmt. since my interpersonal relations & client relationship has been the top scorers in my work exp so far. In almost all my leadership drives, I have been successful in branding my current company with clear competitive edge and steering its business growth drastically.
- Personally I have very strong inclination towards the top rated schools like Chicago Booth, Kellogs, Kelly, UNC, Carnegie Melon, etc. I'll be highly obliged to know my chances of getting into these programs
- Also considering my existing growth opportunities in the current company, will there be an ROI of shooting for the top schools spending $100K+ tution fees or should I rather settle in for a decent school within the $40-60K tution fee range? It'll be great if I can get some direction to the thought-process of selection
Any help & guidance will be highly appreciated!! Thanks!
