Sounds like you have all the strong 'ingredients' so to speak for a competitive shot at top programs, yes--- strong GMAT, solid prior academics, strong work experience, international experience, languages, passion and goals in mind etc... yes your Quant could be higher, and you could remind the admissions committee of as you said, your quant experience and past quant coursework etc to help balance it out. It's not that your quant score was LOW per se but more that those who take the GMAT tend to do very well on quant, shifting the percentiles. That said schools do consider percentiles too; sometimes certain schools such as Wharton may be a bit stricter on quant scores, but overall your profile is looking quite good, good luck!
