Hi Divya-
Thanks for your post. If my dates are right then you should be taking the GMAT today - so I'm sending good thoughts your way!

Definitely let me know how the GMAT turns out as that's an important component of your academic profile. But your GPA seems solid. I'd like to know more about your work experience too. It's not a traditional pre-MBA job which is good because it differentiates you but can also be a challenge for schools to evaluate what you've done and whether you've been successful. They will be looking for evidence of things like leadership, people/project management, communication, teamwork, problem solving, analysis, etc. You certainly don't need to have them all but those are the sorts of things you should be thinking about highlighting.
You also don't mention anything about extracurriculars / activities outside work so that's something I'd like to know more about too as it can help to demonstrate you are a driven person who's interested in giving back.
I assume you're interested in schools in Asia? If so, I'd check out the Financial Times rankings (
https://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolra ... nking-2015) as you shortlist programs, they tend to have the most comprehensive rankings of programs globally. Some that come to mind off the top of my head are HKUST or HKU in Hong Kong or IIM-Ahmedabad. Of course there are many more programs in Europe and the US, just not sure which region you're focusing on. Each school should publish employment reports that will show you job placement rates post-graduation and that would be a great place to start your research! Take a look too at the typical class profile in terms of years of experience, 2 years is slightly on the low end for some programs, just FYI.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to respond with more info about some of my questions above. Good luck!!
