Hi there! Thanks for "kicking off" the discussion. I see a lot of strengths in your profile, most importantly...
-Strong GPA
-Strong GMAT
-International work experience, both working and studying
-Good track record of success in your jobs, I think you also bring a bit of diversity to the pool since you are applying from a more creative field and are not the typical banking/consulting/engineering applicant
-You seem to have a real passion for communications and innovation - two hot topics at many b-schools - so that should make for some interesting themes for your application essays
-Strong activities outside school and work (those since undergrad are really what count here, though I'm excited to see you are an ultimate player too!

)
On the other hand, I also want to raise a few potential weak points for you to be thinking about:
-Quant skills - in a way, this is the downside to coming from a creative field, plus with your major in Intl Studies, I'm not sure how many Quant-focused classes you've taken. Perhaps consider taking a pre-MBA supplemental course or think about ways you can highlight your analytical/quantitative skills in things like your resume and your recommendations
-As I said above, your GMAT is definitely strong, but given the schools you are targeting, it's not an above median score. Median GMATs for schools like HBS / Wharton are in the 720s and 730s. I'm not necessarily saying you need to retake it, but if you were willing to, it might be worth a shot...especially if you could increase your quantitative score to address the point above. I think you have plenty of strengths so like I said, still overall a strong score, just wanted to point this out.
-I think the story around "why MBA" is going to be really important for you. You have a bit more experience than most applicants (especially for the US programs), and you've also recently made a career move so really dig deep and think about why now is the best time for you to get your MBA (this point is really just about execution of your essays being important).
I think overall you're a competitive candidate. Some of the schools you list are really tough though - especially HBS/Wharton - so perhaps think about adding in some safer options. Also - given your interest in branding and consulting, I'm surprised Kellogg is not on your list. Something to consider

Good luck to you and keep us posted if we can help!!
