Profile Evaluation :- 32 Indian IT Male
Married and have a young boy
I have not taken GMAT and expecting in future score 600 - 650
Academics:
10th 1999 = 47 %
12th 2001 = 56 %
B.Sc.(Computer Science) 2005 = 56.9 % ( 3 years degree )
Work Experience:
6.5 years of work experience and currently working as Technical Lead with India’s top IT Service provider
My Role as a Application Developer.
Lead a team of maximum size 8
Technically very good, enjoy doing data analysis
Not associated with any NGO and no voluntary involvement.
Extra Curricular :
1. plenty of awards in painting.
2. Black belt - Taekwondo
3. Received 3 medals at state level competition.
Recommendations: Will be able to get good recommendations from immediate supervisor and/or higher management
I want to do 12 to 16 months MBA preferably in IT Service Management (ITSM), Business Process Management (BPM)

Hi there,
So it sounds like you've got a lot of technical skills, which I'm sure include analytical thinking and project management, and it's a plus that you've led teams so hopefully can draw from that management experience. Your academics/grades sound quite low though for many business schools.
There are a lot of unknowns here... namely, how your GMAT will come out... what your goals are/why the MBA... what country you'd like to study in!... what sorts of schools you may be considering. So it's tough to give too much detailed advice, but you may want to look at some of the one-year programs in Europe outside of the top 5 or so... check out the Financial Times ranking for some ideas. Let us know if you have more specific questions and how we can help!
