Hi Atul,
Well that's good to know it's not a hard requirement...so yes, you can still apply to Kelley. Though with a GMAT score below their recommended minimum, you're going to need to be very competitive in all the other application components. And it could still be a reach so definitely plan on applying to other schools too. By the way, be sure to check your spelling, especially when you email with the school - it's Kelley, not Kelly :)

Can you please clarify one thing :

I have 8 years if experience in IT and if I get admit in one of the above mentioned schools will I be representing the student having above average age and experience?

Yes, likely so, but it depends on the school of course. For instance, here is Kelley's class profile where you'll see that the average years experience there is 5 years:
