Ok, well the US is still so broad! ;) There are larger and smaller schools; some in urban cities (NY, Boston, Chicago, etc), others in smaller towns or college towns (Yale, Tuck, Duke)... the location can affect not only the experience but also where you make local company connections or where you'd like to work afterwards if staying in the US etc. We have some great in-depth guides at https://shop.mbamission.com/collections/insider-s-guides.

Anyway the top 5 are going to be tough for most people, but especially if you bump up your GMAT I think outside the top 5 you could have a shot if you put together strong applications... so have a look at say the US News & World Report rankings for ideas.
