Could you take a look at my profile below:
Am 25 years old male and already completed my Engineering in Industrial and systems with 3.77 GPA. I have 3 years+ working experience in IT Services Company as the Operations leader there. My TOEFL is 104, and just recently take GMAT with 3 weeks preparation. My GMAT Score was 580 (Q: 40, V: 29, IR: 6).
I want to get further expertise in Operations and SCM by doing 2 year MBA Course and wish to enter Supply Chain or Energy Management field after MBA.
Below are some of the Business School that I have narrowed down on:
Mays, Texas
Smeal, Penn State
UIC at Urbana Champaign
University of California, Irvine
University of Pittsburgh, Katz
Kindly rate my profile, and point out any improvement/suggestions. Should I re-take my GMAT again or am okay with it? I consider retaking the GMAT could be costly and I would like to avoid it if possible.

About 3 years is a good amount of work experience, and sounds like it's a good time to make the transition from IT operations to supply chain management. The schools you list are all quite strong in that area too. Your GPA is great, plus it's from a technical field which is good for your career aspirations. Without much more information about the quality of your leadership and work experience, plus any extracurricular activities, it's difficult to fully evaluate your profile...but your GMAT is lower than the average for the schools you list (I think in the mid-600s for those). So yes, I do think it's worth retaking and aiming for a score that's close to the average for your target schools. That is the main area of improvement that I suggest focusing on! Good luck!
