GPA: 2.8 (3.5/5)
GMAT: Currently getting 550 on practice tests, shooting for 700+. Planning to take my first GMAT ard Dec'16.
WE: 2 Yrs Police Force, 8mths SW Development at a Automotive Electronics company, 6mths Accounts Asst at a Canadian Company.
I am completing my Bachelors of Eng (EEE) in 2018 from NTU Singapore.
Languages: English & Tamil
Spanish & German Lvl 1
Undergrad:
Student Exchange at Georgia Tech for 6mths.
Member of some student clubs.
MBA Plans:
Trying to get into a top University in USA after my undergrad.
Do I lack work experience or leadership skills? Can i make up for it with a higher GMAT score?
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Thanks for your post. So how does your work experience and undergrad etc all fit in, timeline-wise? Do you have full-time work experience or not yet? You may wish to gain some post-undergrad work experience for better chances at well-known US (or other global) MBA programs, and so that you feel you are bringing plenty of experience to the classroom discussions, and so that you know what your post-MBA career path might look like. Keep us posted!

Hi!
I have worked 6mths full time in a Biz related field followed by 2 yrs in the Police Force full time before my undergrad. During my under grad I have ard 8 month of internship experience at a German Automotive Company. I am not sure if this Work Exp is sufficient as average Work Exp req in most unis 5 yrs and age of applicants are ard 28. I will be 25 when i finish my undergrad.
If I want to do a MBA after my undergrad am i limiting my options?
