Hi Manickam,

Thanks for clarifying. Your scenario is less traditional, so it could vary in terms of how it is assessed, but in general as you said most successful MBA applicants to top US programs have worked 5-6 years full time AFTER undergrad before applying... so if you were considering working a couple of years before applying, I'd say you'd have a better chance admissions-wise then for higher ranked programs.... plus you may further come up with your own career plan and goals based upon your experience, which is important for b-school. You can still take the GMAT, which is valid for 5 years. Food for thought!
