Overall I think you have a competitive profile. Your bachelor's GPA is a little low, but the impressive increase in your master's program is great and since the bachelor's was further in the past, it can be easier to overcome from an admissions perspective. But if there are circumstances that are worth explaining regarding your GPA, you can always use the optional essay to do so. Your GMAT score is great and helps to balance that out too.
Your work experience sounds very strong. I like the rotations to give you more breadth within finance roles and exposure to the company. Great to have big name companies on your resume too! And your goals seem focused and logical too.
Are the extracurriculars you list current? If so, then that looks great too, as schools value local community involvement.
I think you've got a good list of schools -- definitely visit / engage with Kellogg and Booth since you're there. I'm a little surprised to see Haas there given your goals, but I suspect you have a good reason for keeping it on the list!
