Hi,

I just wanted to know if recommendation from my last year's application will have any impact on this year's application? Do B-school look at past recommendation while evaluating my application for this year, considering that I submit all fresh recommendations?

Hi! It depends on the school. Some definitely review your prior application & recs, some may review it if they feel a need to, and some may review it but not until the interview stage. But generally, I would assume that whatever they have already is fair game for them to look at. Since you can't change those now, focus on making your applications this year stand out and address any concerns they may have had last year.
