3. Shifted to a Marketing Role for a 50 employee company and helped set up the entire digital presence, managed Google AdWords, took care of the hiring process and launched regular marketing campaigns.

I think your work experience is great -- that is the strongest aspect of your profile. In particular, making a move from engineering to sales & marketing is great and shows your adaptability and interest in broadening your skills. I also really like the international exposure, mix of MNC / startup, and leadership in activities like recruiting and launching new programs. All great stuff! Should make for great essay material! Your extracurriculars do sound light, so emphasize what you were involved with during college, highlight any non-work personal interests / hobbies that you pursue on your resume, and perhaps frame up some of your work-related additional roles (like recruiting, or any mentoring / training?) as an extracurricular (unless it's a required part of your role).
Your GPA is on the low end -- if there's context there that would be helpful for the admissions committee to know, then plan to write an optional essay. Your GMAT score is solid but also on the lower end for applicants for your demographic pool. So I'd look at US schools outside the top 10-15 range, and mix in some schools in Europe and Asia too. Which specific schools you target depends a lot on other factors like your post-MBA goals and personal preferences.
