Work experience: Part of 2 year Sales and Trading Analyst Class at Bulge Bracket firm (JPM/Citi/BAML) doing 2yrs in Equity Sales; previous summer internship with bulge bracket (JPM/Citi/BAML) in middle office
Extra curriculars: CFA Level II Candidate, President of Interfraternity Council, Head Trader of college investment fund, Astronomy Club, Order of Omega Honor Society
Undergrad school/major: SEC State School (think Ole Miss/Mississippi State/South Carolina)
Other education/coursework: Double Major - Finance and Economics (Econometrics, Stats I & II)
Race/nationality: First Generation Asian-American
Sex: 24yr old Male

Goal of MBA: To gain quantitative and qualitative skills, foster a deeper network, but more importantly use my experience in a markets role to make the leap and become an investor in the healthcare sector, whether that's IB to PE or Consulting to PE, etc.. I see where Sales and Trading is trending now and I know it's a role in which I can't make a long term career.
Target schools: Harvard, UChicago, Berkely, Duke
Please let me know where I would also be a good candidate --

Hi, and thanks for writing! Where would you want to be based geographically post-MBA?
Based on your information, I think that HBS and Chicago are likely reach schools, with the others potentially within range if you make a strong case for why the schools are right for you. A few others to consider are Stern, CBS (reach), and UVA. Your GMAT score is solid, but given the competitiveness of your demographic, bumping it up would be beneficial. Also, have you been involved with any post-collegiate extracurriculars? While not absolutely required, it would strengthen your profile as well.
