Work experience: 3.5 years in a credit risk management role (specifically a machine learning/data science role). Started as a Business Analyst, promoted to Asst. Manager after two years. Now a Manager (promoted last week only) leading a team of 1 business analyst (will lead 3 by January, they are yet to join) in a different but still a data science & modeling role.
Undergrad school/major: 5 year degree (Bachelors + Masters) from a Top IIT
Demographic: Indian, Male, 26 years old
GMAT Score (include breakdown!): 730 (Q50,V38, IR8, AWA awaited)
Goal of MBA: to switch into consulting focusing on strategic and analytical solutions for businesses. Have been doing core credit risk modeling and understand the data, tools & techniques really well but do not understand its implications without being in a decision making or a client facing role. An MBA would help me transition into such role and also help me grow personally. + Networking
Target schools: ISB (Safety) + This is where I need help a lot. I don't have much time before R2 deadlines so I just want to pick 2-3 best options. I have sent my scores to ISB, Kellogg, Tuck, Darden, Duke Fuqua.

It sounds like you have a respectable profile, with progression and promotion in your work, good academics, decent GMAT, some community involvement, and some thought put into your goals. I feel that ISB, Tuck & Darden are good options to try for. Columbia still feels like a big stretch given HOW competitive it is these days, not to mention how it fills up on the earlier side due to rolling admissions. NYU could be more reasonable. In terms of scholarships, it is tough unless you are well above the average stats/profile, so you'd be more likely to get some scholarship as you go down the ranking such that your GMAT and profile stands out more.
