Work experience: 3 yrs in big 4 audit financial services specialising in reinsurance industry, 2 yrs financial analyst in huge oil major (started work at 24 due to 2 years military conscription)
Extra curriculars: Vice captain of a sport for university hall (fraternity equivalent), Represented big4 employer at CPA games, Rower for oil major, Teach english in rural China for a month
Undergrad school/major: Nanyang Technological University (top institution in Singapore) - 3.35 out of 4 after conversion, did an exchange semester at university of illinois at u-c 3.6 gpa

Thanks for getting in touch and providing your details. Firstly, I like your school list. It's a great "portfolio" of options from reach (Haas, Yale) to safe targets (Tepper, Cornell). If you can up your GMAT score, that would definitely be great. To maximize your chances, you definitely want to come in at higher than each school's GMAT average. For you, given your demographic, I'd like to 740+.
I'm not sure if you are currently in oil or if that was previously but it's a great industry for b-school. Audit can be tough sometimes though. So make sure your CV really highlights your leadership ability and business impact.
