Hi there!
I understand your reasons for not retaking, and know it can be really grueling, but your chances will be really tough with a score of 480. Have you tried the GRE instead? Also, if retaking the GMAT is a financial burden, are you sure you are ready to take on the expense of the program itself? Scholarships are possible, but are also going to be tough with a low test score.
Also, 24 weeks (weeks, not months, right?) is very low on the work experience side. Why not wait at least another year til you can build up more experience, save some money, and raise your score? I think that's what I'd do if I were in your shoes.
Finally, it never hurts to ask for a GMAT waiver, though there are no guarantees schools will be able to provide one.
Best of luck,
Kate

Hi there!I happen to have an extremely low score of 480 as well and I should let you know I can't afford another GMAT financially, physically and emotionally so I've dropped the idea all together. I've actually looked at GRENOBLE and IESEG and both are pretty reputable and fine.
But since we're here let me ask you this, can I apply to SAI with a score of 480 and accept atleast 1 school to give me a chance or is there anyway I can send a GMAT waiver letter to schools like Audencia , Emlyon?
I am a MARKETING MANAGER and have 24 weeks of experience. I do have work related and academic related success stories. I have tons of extracurricular activities including workshops, internships and part of volunteer organisations. I've had leadership roles throughout my life including academics and sports ( in which i have won several awards in several sports)
So what am I supposed to do know?
