5 Years in Big 4, Financial Advisory Services. Have leading many projects. Involved in many internal project to create competitive advantages within my company.
Achievement:
Winner and Finalist of several business idea competitions (using self-made mobile application).
Got innovation award certification from a global company.
Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience:
Team lead for several business idea competitions (same as above)
Actively involved in a startup community

Hi and thanks for writing! You have a fairly well-rounded profile based on the info I'm seeing - I do think that given the competitiveness of the schools you're applying to, retaking the GMAT to see if you can increase it to 700+ is a good idea. The AdCom looks at academic competitiveness, professional progression, and outside involvement/personal characteristics when it evaluates applicants, so you want to be as strong as possible in each area for the top schools. I am considering to retake the GMAT. However, it might be too late for R1 (Columbia's early decision deadline is on 3 October 2018). Do you think I should wait for R2 instead?
