Hi there, and thanks for writing! Looks like you're in the process of building a very strong profile, with very strong academics and community involvement. Here are a few things I'd do between now and when you apply:
- start thinking about/building a strong relationship with prospective recommenders (most programs require 2 of these)
- at your M&A firm, if a formal promotion isn't possible in the next year, can you take on additional responsibilities? Also, if there is an opportunity to demonstrate people leadership (for example, by arranging trainings for new hires or mentoring interns) then take on this responsibility
- research your target programs thoroughly (by attending campus visits and local info sessions and speaking to students/alumni locally or remotely) so that you are prepared to make a very strong case for why each program is a good fit for you given its culture and your goals
- speaking of goals, do some deep reflection on not only WHAT your post-MBA goals are but also, what motivates them (based on your professional and personal experiences to date).
Hope that helps!

If you do the above, as competitive as the top bschools are, they will not be out of range for you.
