Hello and thanks for your post.
It’s very smart of you to already start thinking about your application. Admissions committees will look at your application holistically, analyzing your stats (GPA and GMAT), work experience, and extracurriculars.
For the schools you listed, your GPA is a bit below the average, so that makes your GMAT score even more important to show schools that you have the academic ability to succeed in the classroom. (However, if you don’t score as well as you’d like on your GMAT, there are still other ways to show this academic ability, such as through your resume and recommendations, as well as by taking a supplemental course.) In general, I suggest taking the GMAT up to 3-4 times. You have nothing to lose since schools will only look at your highest score. And even a slight increase can boost your profile.
From what you have written, I really like your work experience, and feel you have demonstrated leadership and initiative. Because this is a less traditional job, it will be very important to emphasize these, as well as your impact, through your essays. Additionally, in your essays it will also be crucial to explain why you want your MBA, and to also illustrate the skills you already have which are transferable. Be sure your story makes sense, is compelling, and that your post-MBA goals are realistic and specific.
Regarding extracurriculars, hopefully you land a role at SCORE, and whether it’s there or somewhere else, make sure to really emphasize your leadership roles you have taken on outside of work.
If you continue to strengthen your profile, you do have a chance at some of these schools, but they are extremely competitive, and each school simply does not have the room to admit all the world's qualified applicants. For that reason, I suggest apply to several schools, including reach, target and safety. Hopefully they will see that you have a compelling story and are someone who will add value to the classroom and community.

Good luck!
