Hi, and thanks for writing! I think you have a really well-rounded profile. On the academic side, while your undergrand GPA is low, I like that there was an upward trajectory during your college years - further, your strong GMAT score and the fact that you've passed the CFA will go a long way towards offsetting it. I'd still recommend addressing the GPA in an optional essay, though. You've also made good progress in the commercial bank, and I really like your track record of outside involvement (and your mentorship within work too). Additionally, U.S. schools don't receive a ton of Canadian applicants, so that can only help as well.
I think that the reach and target schools you're aiming for make a lot of sense given your profile and goals - just make sure that you execute a strong application in which you 1. explain the motivation behind your goals 2. fully communicate your professional and personal accomplishments and 3. make a strong case for why each MBA program you are targeting is a strong fit for you based on its culture and resources within and outside of the classroom that pertain to your goals.
