Hi, dreamingofanmba, it's a bit hard to say from your profile as some of the key info isn't in here -- your GMAT score, for example (you say you took the CAT but didn't score well - is that the GMAT, and what do you mean by not scoring well?), and what kind of leadership and accomplishments you have built at work...but I'd try to compare your GMAT and CGPA to the typical stats for applicants from your background. Since you can't do too much about your GPA at this point and it looks to me a bit lower than what I usually see for the most competitive programs for successful Indian candidates, you want to try to boost your test score as much as possible and really demonstrate leadership in the application (in your resume, recommendations, essays, etc.). The other thing you could do to strengthen your profile if your GPA is comparatively weak is to take a graded course in something quantitative and get a top performance to show evidence of academic readiness. I'm afraid I don't know anything about scholarships at the European programs, but I'd reach out to the schools and ask about what might be possible and what the process is for financial assistance. Good luck!

Warmly,
