I am an applicant from Asia with three-year work experience in marketing. I prefer to work in U.S. or EU after graduating from MBA in the short term and will come back to Asia in the future. I got three admissions from both U.S. and UK: Boston University International MBA, Johns Hopkins GMBA and Manchester University MBA.
1. BU IMBA is an one-year accerlated MBA with intensive courses. I can take courses in China and Boston and go back to work more quickly. However, I may lose some time to experience U.S. culture because of heavy workload. I cannot take internship before graduation( more difficult to find a jo b abroad?)
2. JHU GMBA is so new that it has fewer alumni. The tuition is pretty high. But I think it is a great school and I am interested in the projects.
3. Manchester University is the only U.K. school I applied. Its rank is higher than other school in Financial Time and Business Week. The programe takes 18 months. It is easier to travel to other countries in Europe. Though somebody told me that MBS's course is so taditional, I think its four projects and mentor system are attractive.
Any Suggestion, please?
BTW, I am on the wait list of NWU IMC program. Do I need to wait for it?
