Age: 22
Targeting 3 yrs work experience before application
GMAT: 740 (48Q, 44V), GRE: 325 (163Q, 162V)
Undergrad GPA: 3.73 cumulative (Magna Cum Laude), 3.95 JR/SR, 3.9 in-major
Respected liberal arts college
One parent graduated with a degree in art and the other did not graduate college. Family not at all wealthy/connected
Work: Starting in a week at Morgan Stanley in corporate finance
Community Service: Do data analysis for charity; considering starting a non-profit in this capacity. Also want to find other good charity work in the area.
I enjoy doing everything within a strong general structure. What can I do over the course of the next three years to best position myself for a top-three program? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

if I were you, I'd try to go for Harvard's 2+2 program now, if it isn't too late...
WIth those scores, work experience, and GPA, you should be fine, and with a corp finance job at a BBB I'm sure you interview quite well.
The best thing you can do to position yourself even better is to get promoted within your company. Large banks like JPM will have a lot of "councils" or groups... for instance, there's probably a "young leaders" group or something similar... join it. Also check out toast masters - public speaking is an invaluable skill for getting promoted within the larger banks like yours.
