Why not get a loan? It's not too hard to get a student loan here in Canada.
To be honest, going to unreputable schools might not get you anywhere which means it'd be 25k$ down the drain - whereas if you go to a more reputable school, you may make that money difference back quickly.
Of course, it depends on what you're planning to do after MBA and how ambitious you are. If you just want a career change and nothing else (no investment banking, management consulting, or taking on some high-responsibility/stress job in general), it might make sense to just go for some cheap, no-name programs.
Have you thought of HEC Montreal? It's pretty reputable in Quebec (but ONLY in Quebec) while being dirt cheap.
OR, study harder, spend a couple hundred bucks on an online course/online prep tests like Knewton or GMATClub's CATs (I got both for 350$ using GMATClub's discount), go crazy studying and bump your GMAT up to either 1. get a scholarship at those lower-ranked schools or 2. get into a better ranked school. A couple of months' studying for a better future, that's a pretty good investment imo.
Good luck!
