Hi prepgmat7 - Most EMBA programs are part-time since the students keep their jobs while attending school. There are many that offer primarily weekend programs where lots of students commute in from other parts of the country but we don't know where you are - except that it sounds like you're not in the U.S. The only U.S. EMBA that we know about that's full-time is the Stanford Sloan program which is pretty competitive, and they typically want more work experience than you have, plus you'd need to be relatively high up in the organization, at least in terms of managing people and budgets.
We wrote about Stanford Sloan on the EssaySnark blahg not long ago. There might be others but none are coming to mind right now. Not sure what's offered in Europe either but maybe you'll come up with something. Most people doing an EMBA are older and they often have families to support so generally those are not the full-time experience due to economic realities.
Also just a note that EMBA programs are not offered by "colleges" - this is a graduate education (this is just a pet peeve of the 'Snark's, don't mind us!).
Good luck with it!
