Your work experience is on the higher side. With this work experience, and as you are applying for second MBA, I would suggest you to go for an executive MBA program.
You will have to come up with a convincing story about how a second MBA fits in your career aspirations.
It is advisable not to apply to more than 5 schools as a lot of time is involved in writing the application essays for each school, and to get recommendation letters.
If I were you, I wouldn’t apply to IE and ESADE. Try to focus on 5 schools – INSEAD, LBS, Wharton, Oxford and Cambridge/IMD. It takes a lot of time and effort to write one application. If you write good application essays, you have a decent shot at one of those schools at least to the interview stage.

Programs of interest-Part-time MBA in Kellogg, Chicago Booth and NYU Stern
Educational Background-
Masters in Engineering Management- Duke University GPA:3.45/4.0
Undergraduate degree in electronics and telecom engineering GPA:3.8/4.0
Professional Background
work experience- 4 years as a Strategic client relationship partner- Role includes strategy, business development, client relationship
International exposure- worked in chile, argentina and the states.
Community service with WIT (women in technology) to help them build their website for a fund raiser.

Please let me know if you need more details also your views on my chances in the above universities.
