Hi,
I will write the GMAT on 16th sept 2013 . I haven't done any research on the institutes that i wish to apply. That will depend on the gmat scores and hence i have left that for later. However as you all know that at the start of the test it is required to select 5 colleges to whom i wish to send my scores.
Since i haven't done any research i have no idea about B schools and their programs.
I am a software engineer with 3 yrs of experience. I would prefer MBA in banking or finance. But other fields are also fine, i haven't done any research on that yet. My mock GMAT scores have always been between 600-650. I am thinking about entering couple of US universities and couple of Europe universities and one Indian bschool.
Pls Help me with this, i have no idea whatsoever!!

Hey there,
If you don't have a list of schools to send it to, don't send it to any. You aren't required to send them to any of them. This has absolutely no impact whatsoever on your application process. In applications GMAT scores are self reported (and, in some cases, accompanied by a scanned copy of your unofficial report) and it isn't until you're accepted that you send them your official report.
So don't worry about this too much - leave them blank if you don't have a list. It makes no difference.

However i have one question, am i not wasting a part of 250$ that gmat charges by not sending my scores to colleges?? I mean if i have to sent it afterwards then i will be charged 28$ per report.
