Duke has a healthcare management MBA. Kellogg does as well.
Yale SOM has an executive MBA program for people in the healthcare industry, if that age requirement better fits versus a traditional MBA program.

There are schools that offer dual degree programs such as Haas' MBA/MPH and there are schools that offer a healthcare concentration/certificate.
Wharton, Duke, Haas, Kellogg, MIT, Booth (Health Policy certificate) all have them. I think, Harvard and Columbia do as well. (not 100% sure)
