How much of a stretch are we talking? They are all very hard to get into. I just got rejected from Columbia early decision after interview with 750 GMAT and 3.4 GPA, with pretty good work experience (I'm a white guy in finance which didn't help though, a bit over represented).

If both your GPA and GMAT are bad, you might want to downgrade your "reach" a little bit to Ross/UVA/UCLA.

Columbia is most forgiving of the GPA, and i think Tuck is most forgiving of the GMAT if you're an older applicant.
