Hello all!
I have listed many schools and specilizaitons. I have get the essay ready with stories showing I am a wonderful young (not so young, sorry
) woman with dreams.
But now the question is: how do I position myself?
I have 750 GMAT. I had got both undergraduate and PhD from a Asian University of good global ranking but I am not sure about the branding; I have backpacked to 20+ countries and I am with oversea exchange experience in UK; I worked in the 2nd biggest MNC in a so-called "high tech" industry. I am sportive and out-going. I like friends. I am a big-picture person. I have leadership experience in school and social events.
But I have serious flaw: I am 31 years old which is considered old for US B-school. I have 0 experience in business world. I have no idea what I really like: marketing, finance, or technology?
I have done research on the strength of each school. But more and more I have questions on the positioning of myself. I like technology indeed. I like to discuss on business strategy also. I am good and confident at numbers, while althogh I like people, I still need to polish myself on dealing with people (still shy in social events!!
). 
So now I need suggestion from experienced people.. Any suggestion on the school and specilizaion choosing is welcomed..

You have a very unique profile. The serious problem is your lack of experience. But, you have to talk to schools whether they consider any part of your PhD as experience.
Your GMAT score is excellent. Your age is on the higher side but not a complete outlier. I have seen people with 34 in few top schools. Remember, business schools like women with strong aspirations. Write to us with more information about yourself, a list of your target schools and your post MBA goals.
Explore LBS and INSEAD in particular. They consider slightly older applicants with excellent profiles.
