Congratulations on getting an admit from McDonough and Kenan Flagler. Both schools have similar demographics in terms of recruitment for consulting jobs. Living in DC is costlier but the higher scholarship at DC negates the cost of living factor. Searching for jobs and internships will be easier in DC when compared to Chapel Hill. Considering these factors, McDonough looks better. Your decision could vary if you consider your job-location post MBA important. If i were you, I would go with McDonough.

Good Luck!

Could you please elaborate on how searching for job/internship would be easier at McDonough?
Aren't the (consulting) companies recruiting on campus?
Also, could you please share your thoughts about how the job-location would be affected by the two schools?
Thanks in advance!
