I have received an admit from Syracuse(Whitman) and Pepperdine (Graziadio) for Full Time MBA program. Now I am in a dilemma, which B-School should I prefer over the other.
Pepperdine is at Malibu, California. Amazing location but costly as well. While Syracuse is in NY, biggest financial market of the US.
As of now I have not received financial aid notification from Syracuse but Pepperdine has offered me $ 28,000 scholarship over the period of 4 semesters. So, tuition fees wise, Pepperdine would cost me around $ 60,000 and Syracuse would cost me $72,500. But Malibu is more expensive location to live than NY. I have also read this review that given the proximity of Pepperdine to LA, it still has some transportation problems near Malibu area. So living at a distance from the school might create other transportation problems.
Though I haven't finalised 100% on my specialisation, as of now I am thinking of doing it in Finance domain.
So taking into consideration above financial aid and other MBA program aspects, which B-School would you suggest me?
