Congrats! Since u r looking for a career post MBA in India, ISB is a great career choice. It enjoys a great reputation among employers in India and opens many doors. The curriculum is very well designed and is taught by top notch faculty (including visiting professors from top universities across the globe). However, where u will loose out is in the diversity of the student body. It will really make a huge difference to your MBA experience when u participate and engage with classmates from all over the world. The ISB experience is completely devoid of that. You could partially offset this by scoring an international exchange for a term (highly competitive and usually during the last term post placements while you entire class is busy partying). I have spent a lot of time at ISB. The student body typically came across as a bunch of teenagers. On the other hand, going to Ross will cost u the moon and returning back to India within 3 years will not give the best return on your financial investment. From a personal growth standpoint, Ross is head and shoulders above ISB and Mendoza.
