Just found out last week I have been accepted into the Cornell-Queen's EMBA program Class of 2018. Very excited on what lies ahead!
Congratulations to fellow peers who are in a similar situation. Also, any help I can provide to prospective students going through the application process, please reach out.
My profile:
Age: 33
Graduation: Computer Science
Undergraduate: Computer Science
Work Experience: 12 years in the technology industry - 3 years in Management and 3 years running my two businesses in telecom and chemical engineering.
Location - San Jose, California
CQEMBA was the only program so far I applied to. I may consider career opportunities outside of US and this made the Cornell brand difficult to overlook.
Also, considering Wharton for West campus in San Francisco. Any thoughts? pros and cons between the two programs?
Additionally, the weekend only schedule fits better with my work week compared to other programs locally offered in San Francisco Bay Area. Last but not least, the peer network spanning North and South America is unparalleled relative to most other EMBA cohorts.
Would love to hear from accepted and prospective students.
